This is J.R Drake’s 1932 Ford Prison Bus Rat Rod which was built by the Kick-Ass Rod Shop in Hickory, North Carolina.
The beast is powered by a supercharged 454 big block Chevrolet engine topped with a pair of Holley 650s and Weiand blower that pushes up to 900 horsepower thru a 700R4 transmission to a Dana rear-end with 3.70 gears.
On the open highway, the truck really cruises and feels like driving a Cadillac due to the long wheelbase.
