In 1969 locals knew him only as Kenny — 50 years later, one local finds out that Kenny was actually Kenny Howard, the legendary pinstriper known as Von Dutch that painted and striped his ’23 T-Bucket.
The radical hot rod is pulled after 50 years of storage in its garage apartment, which is a time capsule from the college days of the 1960s.
