Sometimes it seems that no matter how much time you spend fitting tubing, there will still be some joints that simply don’t fit as nicely as you’d like them to. 

Making the welds strong, clean, and good looking is more challenging when the gap is not ideal.

If replacing or remaking a new tube that fits better is not a practical option, then welding what you have may be your only choice.
