This custom one-off Northstar powered 1941 Cadillac 2 door coupe was built from the bottom up by Tucci Hot Rods of Marcy, NY…
The chassis is hand made and built to accept C6 Corvette front and rear suspension with Bilstein coilover shock absorbers in all 4 corners.
The powerplant is a 2006 XLR-V Cadillac dual-intercooled supercharged Northstar engine — the supercharger has been ported and polished and now makes just over 500hp at the rear wheels.
The transmission is a 2006 Corvette 6 speed manual with a custom made McLeod 2 disc clutch.
The front end of the car has been extensively modified. A stock 1941 grill was completely disassembled and custom stainless steel laid back uprights were made. The original cross pieces of the grill were attached to the uprights to give it a more streamlined look.
The hood was reformed out of 18 gauge sheet steel to match the new grill design and the hood was pancaked to give it a much lower profile.
The rear fenders were welded to the body to make a much smoother transition from body to fenders.
All of the stock trim on the exterior of the car was retained, and each of the pieces were rechromed.
The wheels are one-off by Colorado Custom with 20″ wheels in the rear and 18″ wheels up front. The tires are Falken Tires front and rear.
The car has been outfitted with a 2010 CTS-V Cadillac interior. The center console from the donor was blended into the 1941 dash. The gauges from Autometer were built into the 1941 dash.
A Touch N Go push-button start system was implemented and HID headlights were used. The car is equipped with power steering, power brakes, power windows, and a full Vintage Air A/C system.
Custom one-off stainless steel headers were crafted with stainless steel exhaust with Borla mufflers.
A stainless steel gas tank with Aeromotive fuel system holds the petrol and a yellow top Optima battery spins the starter.
