Spotted at LS Fest West 2021, Conor Sheffield’s 1939 Chevrolet rat rod is completely home-built. It packs a 6-71 supercharged LS engine and rocks an AC system to keep it cruising cool on scorching desert days.
The chassis is fabricated from square-tube steel and the factory sheet metal features a 4 inch chop. Sheffield adapted a 6-71 blower to a Holley Hi-Ram intake, controls it with a Holley EFI Terminator X ECU, and a bolt-on Holley LS mid-mount front-drive tucks all of the accessories, including the AC compressor, neatly between the frame rails.
