Sean at AutotopiaLA is with Doug at So Cal Classic Storage and take look and drive in Doug’s ’67 Mercury Cougar GT. The car was purchased by Doug’s Dad in 1983 and sat in a garage until 2018 when a plan was made, and clearly executed well.
This ’67 Cougar makes 750hp with a 504 cubic inch big block with Edelbrock Pro Port heads, roller cam, and dual Holley 600 CFM carburetors all mated to a TKO 600 manual transmission. Wilwood brakes provide the stopping power with 6 piston front calipers and 4 piston in the rear. Mickey Thompson ET Street R tires are wrapped around American Racing VF480 wheels
Sit back and enjoy the ride…
