How To Do An Engine Makeover In Your Driveway

You’ve got a driver, but the engine compartment is the dumps. Sometimes, all an engine needs is a little TLC in the form of a tune-up and a cleanup — a freshly painted and installed engine, with fresh valve covers, intake, air cleaner, etc.

There are several ways to go about it, but this engine compartment makeover was done mostly with rattle cans and powder coated parts and turned out quite nicely — and in keeping with the timeless theme of Pop’s classic Chevrolet C-10 truck, we color match and dress up the engine with Hedman Headers and Trans Dapt parts as well as a new carburetor and other goodies from Edelbrock…
