Urban Hillbilly Videos caught up with this mean 1940s Dodge Milk Truck at Wrenchfest in St. Louis, MO.
This unique 1948 Milk Truck originally built by Dodge and Holland Dairy work horse has been put back on the streets — with a few borrowed parts — and now this special delivery rat rod is known as the Poverty Express.
The owner of the truck had it for about 3 years and was unsure of what would come of it — he had a vision for it that came to life after being chosen for a build off in Arkansas.
The truck has had 21 inches cut off the bottom, and has the top chopped 9 1/2 inches in the front.
