Classic Fabrications shows you a major 3-year restoration of a 1955 Porsche 356 Pre-A Speedster. This vehicle came to them from Switzerland in a very bad state (a lot of people would consider it too far gone) but they were confident that they could bring this iconic Porsche back to its former glory.
This video details all of the major metal, engine, transmission and paint work completed to the vehicle and shows the extensive changes made to the body in order to be correct to the original dimensions of a Pre-A Speedster.
A large number of original parts were sourced for this car from all over the world in order to keep the maximum originality possible, a true no-expense-spared restoration.
