1955 Chevrolet Task Force Custom RestoMod Truck Build

This ’55 Chevy step-side was picked up in New Mexico on a customer’s behalf. He was looking for a ’55 specifically but wanted modern steering and an updated engine with fuel injection as the intention was to make this a true driver. We opted for a 2nd gen Camaro front sub-frame and rear-end and an early 90s GM LT1.

The customer was looking for some minor mods that set the truck apart — to that end we did a front-flip hood, barn-door tailgate, welded seems, custom console, and more…
