1949 Lincoln Lead Sled / 1988 Mercury Grand Marquis Body Swap Build

Over the weekend of April 5-8, 2018 the crew at Village Customs Rat Rod Shop held Berniefest 3.5 — this is an event in itself and it involves many people from all over the United States to come down to the shop and help work on a vehicle project.

This time, they took a 1988 Mercury Grand Marquis, hacked it up (and bagged it) to fit a 1949 Lincoln body and retained the entire chassis and even kept the heat, AC and cruise control. Watch…
