True MIG Welder for DIY Sheetmetal Welding at Home for Under $250

Weld Up to 1/8″ Steel & Stainless with the MIG 90 from Eastwood

Eastwood’s MIG 90 Welder is arguably the best MIG welder for the beginner or DIYer who doesn’t need to weld heavy gauge material.

A true 90 Amp MIG Welder at an incredible price to get started with! Beware of other units that are billed as MIG but are actually Flux Core welders that will not provide the quality and ease of use you need for welding, especially thin metal.

This machine is designed for enthusiasts who want to learn how to weld and start fabrication projects. The best part is that this machine is READY TO WELD out of the box with an included gas regulator, hose, and spool of wire, which is a big saving over other units! Here is a complete overview from Joe…

Eastwood MIG 90 Amp Welder Features:

  • Operates on 120V
  • Welds mild and stainless steel, 24 ga to 1/8″
  • BIG SAVINGS! Includes regulator, hose, and spool of wire for optimum MIG welding
  • 30-90 amp welding range
  • Lightweight and portable at under 15 lbs
  • Uses .023 – .030 wire in 4″ spool
  • Long ground, torch, and power cables
  • 25% duty cycle at the full 90 Amps, 60% at 65 Amps
  • Uses common Tweco style consumables
  • Can also be used for Flux-Core welding if you don’t have gas
  • Backed by Eastwood’s no-hassle return policy and 3 Year Warranty
Eastwood 90 Amp MIG Welder

Since the Eastwood MIG 90 can weld steel up to 1/8″, not only is it great for light metal fab, but it’s also capable of most projects on an automotive restoration project.

Because it can also be used as a flux core welder, you can weld without a gas bottle, which makes the unit more portable. Don’t settle for cheap units that don’t do quality MIG welds and force you to purchase a gas regulator, hose, and wire spool separately.
